We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic [Job Title] to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Catering As a Catering Manager, you'll: Ensure food services meet client and Sodexo standards while maintaining health, safety, and food compliance. Lead and motivate catering and support teams to deliver high-quality service and maintain operational excellence. Oversee equipment safety, security of assets, and prompt resolution of incidents or irregularities. Plan and implement marketing initiatives, special events, and drive customer engagement and sales growth. Manage financial controls, monitor margins, and support business improvement initiatives. Foster strong client relationships, conduct performance reviews, and promote a positive, safe work culture. What we're looking for: Essential Solid catering background with the ability to lead a catering team and other site services. Good communication skills. Ability to lead various teams and skill levels. Good understanding of PPDS & Allergen laws. Good understanding of COSHH Process. Good understanding of HACCP. IOSH Managing safely or equivalent. or NEBOSH qualification. 5 years managerial experience Desirable CIEH Level 3 If IOSH & CIEH are not held, you would need to attend training courses to ensure that these are achieved. Understanding of Sodexo systems, Eprophit, Drive, UDC, Kronos – Training will be given on all necessary Sodexo systems. SIA non-frontline manager certification – If this is not held, you will need to provide all relevant documentation.
