We are looking for an organised, customer-focused Service Desk Manager to lead the reception and front-of-house experience at a busy Nottingham dealership. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless and professional experience while supporting the Service team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service
Manage customer check-in, reception processes, and appointment scheduling
Work closely with the Service team to coordinate bookings, handovers, and updates
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception and showroom environment
Support administration and service-related tasks to keep operations running smoothly
Implement and maintain high standards of customer service throughout the dealership
About You:
Experience in a customer-facing or front-of-house management role
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a small team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised, proactive, and solution-driven
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Automotive experience helpful but not essential
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
