HR Officer
International Bank | London | £35,000 + benefits
We’re partnering with a well-established international bank in London to hire an HR Officer to join their growing HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive HR professional looking to broaden their exposure within a regulated financial services environment.
The Role
Reporting into the HR Manager, you’ll provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with internal policy and FCA-regulated standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
* Drafting contracts and HR documentation
* Supporting payroll and benefits administration
* Advising managers on HR policies and procedures
* Assisting with employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence)
* Maintaining accurate HRIS and personnel records
* Supporting recruitment and stakeholder coordination
About You
* 2–4 years’ HR experience, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* Confident managing HR administration with accuracy and discretion
* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) preferred
* Strong communication skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships
