HR Officer role at Empower Family Group
Contracted Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday 08:30am – 4:30pm. Location: On-site role in Monkton Heathfield, Taunton. Contract: Permanent. Annual Salary: £26,500 per annum.

Role
HR Officer — Permanent contract.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and the organisation based at the head office in Taunton, supporting a wide range of HR duties across the full employee life cycle.
* Assist the HR Manager with taking minutes in ER case meetings.
* Issue contracts of employment to onboarding candidates in line with employment legislation.
* Assist the recruitment team with safer recruitment checks during the full recruitment lifecycle as required.
* Assist the HR Manager in producing quantitative and qualitative data for monthly HR Manager reports in a timely manner.
* Monitor the HR inbox and action incoming emails accordingly.
* Audit employee files and onboarding files.
* Update job descriptions with/without Directors/Service Leads when required.
* Support and advise managers on low level employee relation casework.
* Post job adverts, review applications, issue conditional offers and unconditional offers.
