Internal Recruiter We are currently working with an established manufacturer based in Lisburn to recruit for an Internal Recruiter to join their HR team. There is an attractive salary and benefits package on offer for this role. The internal Recruiter will support the delivery of a high-quality recruitment for the Operational side of the business. The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process Actively sourcing suitable candidates from CV databases and professional networks Screening and interviewing candidates to assess suitability Responding to all applications in a timely manner Gaining and delivering feedback to candidates Providing general administrative support to the HR team by maintaining employee records, updating HR systems, and assisting with performance management processes Effectively manage the on-boarding process in conjunction with internal departments. Identify and attend relevant recruitment events.
