* Starting Salary: Guaranteed £30,000 annual salary for your first 6 months to support your transition.
* Future Earnings: High-performance commission structure
* Weekday Hours: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
* Weekend Hours: Saturdays (9:00 am – 5:00 pm) and Sundays (1 in 3 rota, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm).
* Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex.

The Role
We are seeking a Full-Time Sales Executive for our busy Eastbourne showroom. This role is ideal for a proactive communicator who enjoys high-end technology and delivering an elite customer experience.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement: Build relationships with new and existing clients.
* Digital Presentations: Showcase vehicle features in person and via video.
* Sales Process: Manage quotations, finance packages, and CRM data entry.
* Showroom Standards: Maintain a premium online and physical brand presence.
Requirements
* Experience: Proven track record in retail sales (automotive experience preferred).
* Communication: Strong verbal, written, and video presentation skills.
* License: A valid UK Driving License is essential.
* Compliance: Ability to work within FCA-regulated guidelines.
