As a Client Service Account Manager Senior Associate – Spanish in the Payments team, you will be responsible for delivering best‑in‑class service, working within a dedicated territory and team to meet revenue‑based quotas by selling renewals and services, offering upsell opportunities, and providing accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts. Mastery of product knowledge and technical expertise are essential.
Responsibilities
* Act as the dedicated point of contact for customer queries via phone and email.
* Pursue sales targets and objectives for your assigned territory.
* Maintain the CRM system with accurate customer and lead information.
* Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
* Deliver best‑in‑class support and service to clients.
Qualifications
* Spanish speaker to native standard.
* At least 6 months' experience in sales, business development or account management in a fast‑paced sales environment with short sales cycles.
* Hunter mindset – ambitious, committed to closing deals.
* Strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset.
* Competitive, money‑motivated, and coachable with a willingness to constantly learn.
* Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
* Self‑motivated with a can‑do attitude and strong organisational skills.
* Strong IT skills.
* Right to work in the UK (settled status, pre‑settled status, valid UK visa, or British passport).
