Academics are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to join a busy catering team in the Strood area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable, and passionate about food service to step into a rewarding role.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing the daily running of the kitchen and catering service.
* Managing and supporting catering staff.
* Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and health & safety compliance.
* Ordering stock and managing budgets effectively.
* Delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a catering management or supervisory role
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Knowledge of food hygiene regulations.
* Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one.
* Up to date Safeguarding training.
* Ability to start immediately.
