A Fitness Instructor will also be required to schedule adequate staff coverage. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Carry out fitness assessments on members as requiredConduct fitness programmes and inductionsUnderstand and advise members and guests on the correct usage of gym equipmentEnsure adequate coverage of the pool, gym and receptionCarry out regular pool testsMaintain cleanliness of reception, changing rooms, pool side and gym facilitiesAdhere to all health and safety regulationsPromote the facilities to hotel residents and perspective membersIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:Previous experience in fitness industryExperience in personal trainingKnowledge of diet and nutritionEVERY JOB MAKES THE STAY.At Hilton, It Matters Where You Stay, but The Stay is only one side of the story.
