We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Mentor to join our school team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children's emotional, social and academic development, ensuring that every child can thrive and achieve their best. As a Learning Mentor, you will: Build positive relationships with pupils to help remove barriers to learning. Provide targeted support for children who may face challenges with behaviour, attendance, confidence, or wellbeing. Work closely with teachers, families and external agencies to create tailored support plans. Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions to promote resilience, engagement and progress. Be a positive role model, encouraging pupils to develop skills for life both inside and outside the classroom.
