Your Responsibilities:
As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be crucial to the project's success. Your main tasks will be:
4. Keeping site operations running smoothly.
5. Leading and motivating your team to get great results safely.
6. Working closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to keep everything coordinated.
7. Making sure construction standards are maintained with strict quality control.
8. Keeping a strong focus on health and safety on-site.
Requirements:
9. Proven experience managing big industrial and commercial projects.
10. Experience with external or internal packages.
11. Good leadership and communication skills to keep teams motivated.
12. Ability to solve problems effectively when challenges arise.
13. A strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
14. Relevant certifications and qualifications (CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, etc.).
