JOB DETAILS: Health, Safety & CDM Compliance • Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations 2015, company policies, and statutory requirements. • Conduct daily site inspections and enforce safe working practices. • Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and method statement briefings. • Maintain up-to-date RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) documentation. • Liaise with the Principal Designer, Principal Contractor, and HSE where necessary. • Manage permit-to-work systems (hot works, confined spaces, etc.). • Ensure welfare facilities and site security meet CDM standards. • Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near-misses. Construction Management • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site construction activities. • Oversee subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence. • Manage site logistics, deliveries, and storage of materials. • Ensure works are executed to approved drawings and specifications. • Conduct site progress meetings and maintain accurate daily records. • Monitor programme milestones and report progress to the Project Manager. • Coordinate with design and M&E teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
