Offer description

The HR Administrator provides support to all teams across Barca-Leeds, liaising with external candidates for recruitment and onboarding new starters.

Reporting to the HR Manager for performance and day-to-day duties. Working closely with the HR Advisors who will delegate administrative tasks.

We aim to provide a high level of customer service both internally and externally, with a focus on being approachable and helpful. If this is you and you are looking for a varied role supporting employees and line managers with queries and recruitment administration, this could be the role for you.

What we are looking for?

As well as an interest in working in the charity sector, you will enjoy working in an open plan office as part of a team. You will have excellent IT skills and good attention to detail. Knowledge of Cezanne HR software or Team Tailor applicant tracking system would be an advantage. The ability to prioritize workload, manage competing demands, and a willingness to learn new things will lead to success in the role. A positive attitude and alignment with Barca-Leeds values are essential.

Interviews will be scheduled for 31st July or 1st August 2025.
