With continued growth and exciting plans, they are looking for a Head of People and Culture based in London. The People & Culture team is small but collaborative and high-impact. With two key team members on maternity leave, they seek a confident, experienced HR leader for a 12-month cover.
Reporting directly to Leadership, you will be a strategic partner to global stakeholders, shaping and driving the people strategy across performance, engagement, ER, policy, and facilities. * Provide strategic and hands-on support to the London office, especially the sales team.
* Contribute to leadership decisions, offering sound people advice and fostering high performance and fun.

About You:
* Proven strategic generalist experience, ideally at Head of or HRBP level.
* Experience in fast-paced, start-up/scale-up environments, preferably in tech or SaaS.
* A hands-on leader with expertise in employee relations, performance, engagement, and culture-building.
* Comfortable in global environments; APAC experience is a bonus.
* Proactive, positive, collaborative, thriving in a people-first culture.
The role requires in-person presence 3-4 days a week, with flexibility.
