The Role:
Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Mid-Level Sales Executive with a strong background in EV charging solutions or innovative solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-growing industry and play a vital role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients, including fleet operators, property developers, and businesses.
3. Promote and sell EV charging products, services, and turnkey solutions to prospective customers.
4. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and key decision-makers.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
6. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, technical, and operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in EV charging technologies.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales, with a focus on EV charging solutions or related industries (e.g., renewable energy, automotive, or technology).
2. Strong understanding of EV charging infrastructure, products, and market dynamics.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Ability to build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
7. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Additional Information:
This role is London-based with the option to be based in another location with frequent travel to London. Frequent domestic & international travel may be required.
