What The Job Involves
* Full cycle recruitment for (mostly) senior engineering and product management roles across all our locations (CY, UK in particular)
* You will be working with a high level of autonomy
* Helping Wheely shape a more transparent and efficient recruitment process
* Participating in marketing and PR activities aiming to improve the HR brand
Requirements
* 2+ years of tech (engineering) recruitment experience at a scale-up or large tech
* Cross-border and cross-cultural experience is highly appreciated
* Profound knowledge of all modern sourcing technologies
* Great communication skills and client-centered approach
* Self-discipline and ability to work autonomously
* Fluent English
