The Role Advise on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Handle complex Employment Tribunal claims, including whistleblowing, discrimination, and unfair dismissal. Advise on senior-level employment issues, including executive recruitment, termination, and incentive arrangements. Support clients through organisational change projects, redundancy programmes, and restructuring. Deliver strategic advice on cross-border employment issues, including global mobility and compliance frameworks. Assist with employment aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and outsourcing. Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives. Key Requirements 2–7 years PQE as an Employment Lawyer within a leading commercial practice. Strong understanding of UK employment law; cross-border or High Court litigation experience is a plus. Demonstrated experience advising on complex legal and strategic workforce matters. Excellent communication and client management skills.
