Employment Associate – Leeds – Up to £80,000 salary

There is an outstanding client base, which includes several leading blue chip and corporate organisations, both in the UK and internationally. The matters usually have an international element, allowing you to work closely with colleagues in international office.

The Candidate
* Employment Solicitor with at least 2 years of post qualification experience
* Proficient in both contentious and non-contentious work
* Experience of advising multi-national clients across a range of commercial sectors
* Ability to lead in negotiations and transaction management
* Ability to manage tribunal claims and other contentious matters independently
* Experience in supervising and supporting the development of junior colleagues
* A strong commercial acumen and proven business development skill
