We are looking for a strategic and operational HR leader to strengthen the people and culture function. You will lead on developing and implementing a progressive HR strategy, embedding best practice across all areas – from employee relations and L&D to compliance and performance management – while fostering a values-led, faith-aligned and high-performing culture. 1 day a week in the London office.Key Areas of Focus• Lead on HR strategy, people policies, and workforce planning• Manage recruitment, L&D, performance, and payroll operations• Embed inclusive and Islamic values-driven people practices• Champion staff engagement, wellbeing and safeguarding culture• Ensure compliance with employment law, HR systems and governanceThe CandidateWe are seeking a CIPD-qualified professional with significant senior-level HR leadership experience.
