We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our HR Team. In this diverse and varied role, you will support all aspects of the employee life cycle.
The key responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, preparation of offer letters and contracts, induction, supporting learning and development processes, updating and maintaining our HR database, and other generalist HR duties. You will respond to and resolve general administrative queries from line managers. This is an exciting time to join our team and be part of implementing a new HR and Payroll system.
The ideal candidates will be qualified to CIPD Level 3, with previous experience working in an HR team and using Microsoft Applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word. You should have good attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to organise workload, prioritise deadlines, and possess excellent communication and team working skills. Awareness of Data Privacy and GDPR is also required.
In return, we offer a competitive salary based on experience, pension, 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and closure days, and complimentary tickets to our in-house productions. This is a full-time role with hybrid working available (4 days on-site).
