Key Responsibilities
1. Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification
2. Manage subcontractors, site teams, and logistics
3. Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, andpliance
4. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, andmercial teams
5. Produce site reports, progress updates, and maintain accurate records
6. Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the localmunity
About You
7. Proven experience as a Site Manager with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
8. Strong understanding of construction processes and project delivery
9. SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid qualifications
10. Excellent leadership,munication, and problem-solving skills
11. Ability to drive productivity while maintaining safety and quality standards
