HR Administrator Location: Poole Hours: 25 hours per week (flexible hours) Salary: £27,000 pro rata quarterly bonus Our client, a well-established organisation based in Poole, is seeking a part-time HR Administrator to support their busy HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment and contribute to the smooth running of the day-to-day HR operations. Duties Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team Ensure all HR documentation is completed accurately and on time Draft employment contracts and set up new personnel files Monitor and manage the HR and holiday inboxes, responding to queries as needed Keep HR systems and organisational charts updated, including staff photos Stay informed on relevant employment legislation and statutory obligations Take clear and confidential notes during formal meetings (e.g., disciplinaries, absence reviews) Skills HR experience would be desirable but not essential Strong administrative skills Ability to multitask and work with systems and excel Passion for working in the HR profession Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail To apply, or for more details please get in touch with Shannon on (phone number removed)
