Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
This is a Telesales role, but not as you know it.
Your working day will not be about making hundreds of calls per day or reading from a script.
We want individuals to let their natural personalities shine through, with a fantastic customer-oriented approach and who want to offer their customers a completely personalised experience.
As an integral part of our team, you'll be working in a dynamic office-based environment, engaging with customers daily to conduct business reviews and create value at every interaction.
1. Effectively manage and develop a customer base to exceed set targets.
2. Provide customers with bespoke solutions and support to deliver the best customer experience.
3. Accelerate account spend and identify opportunities to add products to customers' purchasing behavior.
4. Apply knowledge of Lyreco’s workplace solutions, including structure, service offerings, and promotions, to add value to the customer experience.
5. Ensure all customers within your section receive regular contact in line with business expectations and maintain their spending with us.
6. Capture the complete spend of workplace solutions and products using reports, promotions, and available information.
7. Take and resolve queries within agreed timescales.
8. Liaise with the Inside Sales Team Leader on account issues.
9. Maintain accurate account records in CRM at all times.
Requirements for an Inside Sales Executive:
1. Previous experience in a telephone-based environment (preferable but not essential).
2. Enthusiastic about sales with high standards and a positive attitude.
3. Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to exceed KPIs and earn commission.
4. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent communicator who builds successful relationships with customers and colleagues.
6. Adaptable and empathetic, able to assess customer needs effectively.
7. Strong active listening skills, overcoming objections, and maintaining positivity.
8. Reliable, determined, and committed to performance improvement.
9. Humble, hungry, and emotionally intelligent.
