Are you ready to lead the future of sustainable construction? Reds10, an award-winning modular construction company, is looking for a highly experienced (minimum 5 years in role) Senior Site Manager to join our dynamic team. We design and deliver high-quality, sustainable buildings for the public sector. This role will oversee and manage two high-profile Military of Defence projects involving living accommodation and associated infrastructure.

As a Senior Site Manager, you’ll take full ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You’ll lead two motivated site teams, ensuring Reds10’s innovative offsite construction solutions are fully realized. This role suits a Senior Site Manager with experience overseeing large projects and establishing high-quality standards in the team. We are particularly interested in candidates who are local and commutable to Portsmouth. This role requires, at a minimum, the Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
Responsibilities
* Lead site operations, ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations.
* Manage construction programmes, subcontractors, and resource planning.
* Oversee quality control, testing, commissioning, and inspections.
* Act as the first point of contact for all site-related issues and escalations.
* Monitor progress, report to the Operations Manager, and flag potential risks.
* Utilize BIM models to inform and guide construction execution.
* Keep your team engaged, productive, and aligned with project goals.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience managing construction sites with a strong safety and quality focus.
* At least 5 years of experience leading a project team as a Senior Site Manager.
* IT literacy.
* SMSTS qualification.
* CSCS card.
* Knowledge or prior use of Autodesk (ACC).
* First Aid certification.
* Temporary Works Coordinator qualification.
* HND/NVQ in Construction Management or similar.
* CIOB membership.
