We are currently looking for a number of HR Administrators to join a fantastic HR Shared Services Team, based in Morley in Leeds. This is an opportunity to join an excellent team delivering best in class service to managers in stores, depots and offices across the UK. They offer hybrid working after 3-4 weeks training along with free on site parking. The contract is until August 2024. What you'll be doing Responding to and resolving questions and issues Correctly process tasks and activities through a ticket resolution system or by telephone and email Prepare and provide information, request addition information as required and update the management team of any significant customer issues Update the HR system to show progress of completion and resolution of tickets, identify any escalations and exceptions Contribute to quality, accuracy and adherence to policy and process; validate the accuracy of data received in order to complete or resolve the request What you will need High attention to detail and accuracy A talent for problem solving and the ability to apply judgement based on the situation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience of working in a fast paced high volume environment Experience in planning and prioritising your own workload Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems Working hours are: - full time with weekend working, both Saturday and Sunday (2 rest days in the week). -8am-4pm with 1 late shift on weekday 10am-6pm. £11.44 per hour
