In this role the Higher Clerical Officer will provide an efficient secretarial and administration support for the Administration Team in Trust Health Centres.
About the role:
1. £12.31 per hour
2. Monday to Friday
3. 37 hours a week
4. Public sector
5. Full time role
What you'll be doing in this role:
6. Provide a comprehensive daily Administrative service at all times.
7. Ensure files, documents and paperwork are prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
8. Undertake training when required.
9. Arrange clinics and send out appointments, update records and maintain filing system.
10. Maintain Trust databases on a daily basis.
11. Typing of correspondence, minutes, letters, memos and confidential reports.
What you'll need for this role:
12. 4 GCSE’s grade A – C including English Language or equivalent qualifications
13. OR NVQ Level 2 in Administration and 1 years clerical experience
14. OR 2 Years clerical experience.
15. The ability to work on own initiative.
16. The ability to work under pressure.
17. The ability to organise and prioritise workload.
