Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and innovative ICT Service Desk Manager to lead and support our ICT Service Desk. As a dedicated and customer-focused specialist, you will be responsible for managing the team in providing support to our users across the service. Your duties will include overseeing the ICT service desk and ensuring the delivery of outstanding user support, tools, and systems.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role
* Knowledge of ICT systems such as Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and cloud platforms like AWS and Office 365 administration
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Proven leadership and commercial acumen
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading, motivating, and developing the ICT Service Desk team
* Exploring innovative approaches to improve departmental efficiency
* Engaging with users, ICT peers, suppliers, and partners
* Working proactively to anticipate service needs
