Head of HR and Operations at Autorola UK | Driving Strategic Business Goals | Leading High Performing Teams | Managing Change in Complex Environments

We are currently seeking Sales Executives to join our team due to business growth. This role is based in our Macclesfield office on Tytherington Business Park, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm. You will be the main point of contact between Autorola and car dealers, working within our supportive and enthusiastic sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage new business leads, bringing car industry/dealership contacts onto the Autorola platform.
* Proactively sell vehicles held on the system to dealers.
* Locate and negotiate prices for used car stock with providers.
* Secure bids on vehicles, liaising with colleagues as necessary.
* Manage purchases and sales for signed‑up customers.
* Handle administrative tasks related to invoicing for sold vehicles.
* Provide customer support for any issues or grievances related to sold vehicles.
* Meet monthly performance‑based sales targets.
* Develop and nurture relationships with existing and lapsed accounts.
Requirements:
* Previous sales/telesales experience is preferable but not essential.
* Self‑motivated, resilient, and target‑driven.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
* Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
* Office‑based role (essential).
