Site Manager – Wolverhampton
Salary: Up to £55,000 plus package
Our client, a main contractor with Head Offices located within the Midlands, is actively looking to expand their operational team with an additional Site Manager. Specialising in the Build/Refurbishment Division across the public sector, they currently enjoy a turnover of approximately £100 million, delivering projects valued up to £25 million.
The company operates regionally, ensuring all site staff are within a commutable distance of their home location. They have established strong, long-term relationships with universities, schools, NHS, and local authorities.
You will work closely with a visiting Project Manager and hold day-to-day operational responsibility for your live projects.
The Candidate (Site Manager):
1. Well-rounded general main contracting experience gained through working on various project types.
2. Ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness.
3. Self-motivated, proactive, with a positive can-do attitude.
4. Previous experience in New Build and Refurbishment projects is essential.
5. Valid SMSTS certification.
6. First Aid certification.
7. A full UK driving license.
The Package:
1. Salary: Up to £55,000, dependent on experience, subject to review after probation.
2. Company Car / Allowance.
3. Workplace Pension.
4. Bonus scheme.
