We are looking for a site manager who : Is highly motivated with strong personal and professional standards, demonstrating reliability and accountability in all tasks Has excellent interpersonal skills, building positive and respectful relationships with staff, pupils and visitors Works effectively as part of a team, maintaining a positive work ethic and contributing to the smooth running and high standards of the school Supports and helps maintain the school’s caring and nurturing ethos, ensuring the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of both pupils and staff Fully committed to safeguarding, child protection, and promoting mental wellbeing across the school community Well-organised with strong time management skills, able to prioritise tasks efficiently and respond proactively to the day-to-day demands of the school site We can offer: a supportive, collaborative and committed staffing team friendly, motivated children extensive opportunities for professional development an induction process to build initial confidence and awareness of whole school approaches and expectations Visits are warmly welcomed.
