Join to apply for the Used Sale Executive role at Lookers Motor Group Limited in Lookers Buckinghamshire. We are recruiting an ambitious and experienced Used Sales Executive to join our on-site team. Specialising in new and used car sales, you will work with our passionate sales team to provide Lookers first-class customer service. Salary: Basic £25,000 OTE £55,000. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm; Saturdays 9am to 5pm; Sundays on rota; Day off in the week (10-4).
Responsibilities
* Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
* Achieve sales targets, achieving minimum profit objectives, as well as finance and insurance products
* Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
* Completing mandatory paperwork and processes as required
* Become a true ambassador of the sales process, driving forwards all new and used car enquiry leads, whilst building a rapport with the customer to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised
* Live and breathe the brand, emulating a passion for driving to your customers and bringing a sense of excitement to their new car purchase
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will preferably have experience in a similar role within a luxury market retailer, have strong communication skills, a dedication to flawless customer service and will be passionate about the motor trade industry. Enthusiasm, drive and motivation is key to consistently achieve fantastic results. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade would be preferred but not essential as we are always on the look out for new talent to join our team. You will need to hold a full UK driving license.
