Hybrid role (3 days office, 2 days remote) Your Role & Responsibilities This is a dual-function position, with your time split equally between global recruitment tasks and local HR Support and maintaining the HR Information System, Workday. Global Responsibilities (50%) * Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and ATS maintenance. * Onboarding: Host onboarding events and maintain onboarding tools. * Systems: Act as a Workday superuser and manage HR hub pages. * Employer Branding: Create and post content on social media and internal platforms. * Employee Engagement: Support administration of employee surveys.
