The successful candidate will:
* Actively support the ethos, educational vision, policies and direction of the school.
* Have high expectations of children’s achievement and behaviour.
* Be enthusiastic and flexible and have a sense of humour.
* Be creative and able to motivate all children
* Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Be able to work under their own initiative
* A minimum of two years’ experience of working with children
* Willingness to undertake first aid training and fire marshal training
