BMW Sales Executive Opportunity
Stephen James is seeking an enthusiastic BMW Sales Executive to join its high-performing team. Your Role
As a BMW Sales Executive for new and used cars, you will guide customers through the entire sales process—from enquiry and test drive to finance options, accessories, and delivery. You will share your expert knowledge on every model and be an ambassador for your Centre. By proactively reaching out to new and existing customers, you will aim to meet sales targets. Your role will also involve negotiating sales based on customer needs and keeping all documentation up to date.
Your Profile
* Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to close sales
* Highly motivated to thrive in a competitive sales environment
* Enjoy following processes, handling administration, and working under pressure
* Well-organised with excellent diary management and timely follow-ups
* Skilled at building rapport, earning trust, and resolving conflicts calmly
* Enthusiastic about customer service, professional, and well-presented
* Proven sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but enthusiastic quick learners from customer service or sales backgrounds are welcome

Salary and Hours
Basic salary of £23,000 with a competitive OTE of £50,000 to £60,000 per annum + company car.
Working hours are Monday to Saturday (with a day off during the week). We are closed on Sundays to promote work-life balance.
