Groundworks Labourer – Highway Works (Paired Role)
We’re also recruiting a groundworks labourer to work alongside an experienced groundworker on highway and roadside signage projects.
This role suits someone with site experience who is happy working outdoors, travelling, and supporting groundworks operations.
Location: Central Belt (with travel further afield as required)
Rate: Competitive, depending on experience
Hours: 08:00 – 16:30
Start date: 09/02/2026

The role:
Assisting with groundworks and general site duties
Supporting the experienced groundworker day to day
Keeping work areas safe, tidy, and organised
Working in roadside and highway environments
Requirements:
CSCS card essential
Previous site or groundworks experience preferred
Willingness to travel and work away when required
Good attitude and reliability
