Site Manager – Westminster
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our growing team on a busy project in Westminster. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction supervision, excellent leadership skills, and a solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
Supervise trades and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship throughout all stages of the project.
Maintain high standards of Health and Safety across the site.
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure all safety documentation is up to date.
Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site logistics.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients as required.
Requirements:
Valid CSCS Card (essential)
SMSTS qualification (essential)
First Aid (essential)
Fire Safety (essential)
Strong knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and compliance.
Proven experience in a Site Management role within construction or a similar environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
