NurseryCook-KeyResponsibilities
* InconsultationwiththeNurseryManagertoberesponsibleforthepreparationofweeklymenus,cateringforallchildren,inlinewiththefoodanddrinkpolicy.
* Ensureallmealplanningandfoodorderingisinlinewiththeagreedcateringbudgets.
* Toensurethatallchildrenwithallergiesarecateredforincompliancewithourallergiespolicyaswellasmaintainingtheallergenfile.
* Tomaintainadequatestoresandfoodstuffsinappropriatestorageconditions
* Toensurethekitchenandkitchenequipmentarekeptcleanandtidy.
* Tocleananddefrostthefreezerasnecessary.
* Toobservehighstandardsoffoodhygieneduringthepreparation,cookingandservingofallfoods.
* MaintaintheSaferFood,BetterBusinessdocumentationonadailybasistocomplywithfoodsafetymanagementproceduresandfoodhygieneregulations.
* Toundertakebakingactivitieswithchildren.
* Topromotehealthyeatingwithchildrenandstaff.
* TomaintainhighstandardsofpersonalhygieneandpersonalappearanceinaccordancewiththeCompany’shygienepolicy
