About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a major new-build project in Northamptonshire. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme deadlines, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.This is a secure facility project, so vetting and security clearance will be required.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily site activities and subcontractor coordinationMonitor progress against the programme and report updatesEnsure health & safety compliance and quality standardsLiaise with clients and project teams
RequirementsCSCS Card (Black or equivalent)SMSTS certificationFirst Aid qualificationPrevious experience managing new-build projectsStrong organisational and leadership skillsAbility to pass vetting and security clearanceOwn transport
