Job Description:
We are looking for an experiencedConstruction Site Managerto oversee day-to-day site operations on a series of new Build homes near Disley.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and confidence dealing with tenants, subcontractors, and clients. A solid health & safety background is essential.
Key Duties:
* Manage daily site activities and workforce coordination
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, tenants, and stakeholders
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
* Carry out site inspections and enforce H&S compliance
* Maintain site records including RAMS and daily reports
* Lead site meetings and report progress to management
Requirements:
* SSSTS / SMSTS/ CSCS Black card (essential)
* First Aid trained
* New Build Housing site management/supervisory experience
* Strong communication and people-management skills
* Crane Supervision Tickets.(Preferred not essential)
Licence/Certification:
