Site Manager
NTW Solutions Limited is seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated and experienced manager to oversee the efficient and effective day‑to‑day operational management of a range of Soft FM services covering hospital sites and community premises within the Group associated with CNTW NHSFT (The Trust).

Job Responsibilities
* Manage a range of services and the teams that provide them, including domestic services, catering, cafs, portering, transport, waste, switchboard, receptions, laundry, linen and stores.
* Lead a diverse workforce and, through accountable supervisors, ensure staff resources are utilised effectively to deliver high quality facility services supporting patient care.
* Ensure cleaning services adhere to National Standards of Cleanliness and group policies, and conduct periodic cleanliness audits.
* Maintain safe catering standards, comply with group policies, legislative requirements and good practice.
* Assist with quality control systems, collate information and submit weekly reports.

* Salary: £42,584 a year (Band B £21.78 per hour; potential to earn more with enhancements for weekend work and on‑call duties).

Person Specification
Education and Qualifications (Essential)
* Higher National Certificate (HNC) in a Facilities Management subject or equivalent technical qualification.
* Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate or Diploma, or obtain within first 6 months of appointment.
* Associate membership (or working towards membership) of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management.
Education and Qualifications (Desirable)
* Appropriate management qualification to CMS or DMS level.
* Training qualification.
Skills and Knowledge (Essential)
* Knowledge of facilities management, legislative and statutory environment.
* People‑management and leadership skills with ability to motivate and control a large multi‑skilled workforce and manage change.
* In‑depth knowledge of Food Hygiene Legislation, Health and Safety, COSHH and risk assessment, including Hazard Analysis.
* Training, delivery, communication and assessment skills.
* Good communication skills for dealing with staff, patients and public, including report writing.
* High level of literacy and numeracy skills.
Experience (Essential)
* Managing facilities services with compliance with health and safety legislation in relation to facilities services.
* Managing staff groups and teams.
Experience (Desirable)
* Experience of quality control systems.
* Experience in a facilities service within a healthcare setting.
