We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our organisation's needs. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You will utilise various tools and platforms, including ATS systems, social media, and HRIS, to streamline the recruitment process effectively.
Duties
* Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through various channels.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers.
* Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo, Workday, or PeopleSoft to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
* Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
* Implement social media management strategies to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
* Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
* Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and suggest improvements for the recruitment process.
Experience
* Proven experience in recruitment or human resources is essential.
* Familiarity with lead generation techniques and relationship management is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in using ATS systems such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is required.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are critical for success in this role.
* Experience with Salesforce or other HRIS platforms would be advantageous.
