Responsibilities
* Full 360 degree recruitment role
* Actively source and qualify candidates through all available channels
* Maintaining strong relationships in the market
* Working to improve recruitment efficiency for the client's processes
Qualifications
* At least 3 years of AGENCY recruitment experience in the UK including average billing figures and KPI management details
* Experience in construction, trades or engineering recruitment essential
* Quota or goal oriented
* Able to meet strict deadlines Independently motivated
* Have current, non-expiring, work rights for the UK
