Role Purpose
We’re looking for an HR Administrator to join our HR Operations team. This is a fast paced, detail focused role supporting employees across 19 countries, with the majority based in the UK.

This role sits at the heart of our HR Operations team, ensuring our people experience consistent, professional, and caring support throughout their time with RICS. From onboarding to day to day queries, your work will directly impact how colleagues feel welcomed, informed, and valued – helping us build a workplace where people can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update employee records in our HR system (HRIS) with accuracy and discretion
* Support onboarding activities, including right to work checks, issuing contracts, and coordinating induction plans
* Administer compensation and benefits data, working with suppliers and internal teams
* Follow checklist based processes and ensure compliance with UK employment standards
* Upload content to our learning platform and support recruitment administration
* Provide responsive support to managers, employees, and external providers across multiple locations
About You
* Experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR or a related field
* Confidence handling sensitive data securely and accurately
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
* Familiarity with HR systems or databases (HRIS)
* A clear understanding of process driven work and compliance requirements
* Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
* Clear communication skills and a professional manner
* A genuine interest in developing a career in HR and supporting a global workforce
* Flexibility to work in a hybrid model from our Colmore Row, Birmingham office (minimum three days per week), in line with our 60/40 dynamic working approach
