The Quality Manager is a member of the Central Academic Team at Hult International Business School. The position is based in London and candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
About the Role
The Quality Manager supports the Dean of Academic Affairs and the Director of Accreditation & Regulation in the design, planning and implementation of academic quality assurance across all Hult programs. The role involves working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high standards of quality assurance, befitting an institution awarding US and UK degrees and triple accredited by AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA. Internal stakeholders include academic staff at each of Hult’s global campuses, faculty, and students. External stakeholders include examiners, accreditation bodies, and local and regional regulators. The position requires strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, the ability to manage workload to meet deadlines, teamwork, and a proactive, results‑oriented attitude.

Tasks And Responsibilities
* Support the Dean of Academic Affairs and the Director of Accreditation & Regulation in the design, planning and implementation of academic quality assurance and compliance with sector regulators (e.g., NECHE, OfS)
* Participate in Hult’s academic committees (e.g., the Academic Standards & Quality Committee) and prepare relevant reports for committees
* Support the Admissions team on quality assurance issues, including assessment of transfer credits for prior learning
* Help maintain definitive program documentation such as Program Catalogs, Student Handbooks, and Academic Regulations
* Support the effective functioning of Hult’s global system of second marking (sample grade review)
* Manage a pool of external examiners and coordinate assessment boards for all Hult programs
* Share assessment board outcomes with program and campus Deans and work collaboratively on areas for improvement
* Support the functioning of campus‑based Academic Integrity Committees, ensuring global consistency of processes and outcomes related to academic dishonesty
* Liaise with Student Conduct Managers on issues overlapping professional and academic integrity
* Support the functioning of Hult’s Global Appeals Panel
* Help prepare annual reports to Hult’s global and local accreditors and regulators (e.g., NECHE, OfS, AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA)
* Project manage accreditation events and periodic reviews
* Represent Hult at external industry events where appropriate (e.g., regulatory conferences)
Requirements
* Right to work in the U.K.
* Bachelor’s degree
* Experience in academic quality assurance or an equivalent quality assurance function
* Minimum 3 years of full‑time work experience

On site Requirement
This position requires on‑site presence at least 4 days a week, with 5 days during peak periods of the academic year. Current 1‑day work‑from‑home (WFH) allowance is subject to change in accordance with School review.
