Key Responsibilities:
As Sales Manager, your responsibilities include:
* Analyzing market trends and competitors to identify opportunities
* Developing new customer accounts and managing existing ones to maximize revenue across segments such as Corporate, MICE, Groups, Sports & Entertainment
* Negotiating rates and packages with clients
* Preparing and issuing contracts aligned with strategies and pricing
* Hosting site visits, sales events, and familiarization trips
* Collaborating with internal teams to create impactful sales programs
* Traveling locally to promote the hotel and build client relationships
* Attending networking events and trade shows
* Producing sales activity reports for management
* Handling client queries professionally
* Supporting recruitment and development of the sales team
Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidates will have:
* Proven sales or client-facing experience with a strong closing record
* Market awareness, both local and international
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, organized
* High-quality customer service commitment
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
* Professional grooming and presentation
* Flexible to business needs
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of hospitality industry and local market
* Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
* Passion for hospitality and sales
