Linsco are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee a new build residential development in York on a short-term basis.
The role will involve managing daily site activity, supervising trades, and ensuring that work is completed to high standards of safety and quality. This is ideal for a hands-on manager looking for a quick project to step into with an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations on a live new build housing site
2. Manage subcontractors and site teams
3. Ensure health & safety standards are strictly adhered to
4. Monitor progress and report to senior management
5. Maintain site records and ensure compliance with build programme
Requirements:
6. Proven experience managing new build housing projects
7. SMSTS
8. CSCS card
9. First Aid at Work
10. Strong communication and organisational skills
11. Able to hit the ground running and take control of an active site
