A unique opportunity to join a leading marina operator as a Sales Executive in the vibrant city of Southampton! My client operates out of multiple marinas in the UK and abroad, providing premium berthing and boatyard services. They require a dedicated and passionate person to join their team who is focused on sales performance as well as delivering superb customer service.
The main responsibilities of the Sales Executive are:
* Responsible for the area’s annual berthing sales performance by targeting new berth holders
* Selling other income lines such as storage and commercial sales
* Brief the Marina Managers and their teams on the sales pipeline for their site
* Responsible for ensuring that all KPI reporting is accurate and up to date
* Assist the marketing team with communications relating to the sale of any of the company’s offerings
* Carrying out detailed marketplace and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the trends and maximise sales
The candidate:
* A positive and proactive attitude is a must
* Experience in working in sales and a customer orientated environment
* Hungry for success and a passion for delivering excellent service
* A background in boating or working in a marina is ideal but not essential
