About the role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our new development in Evesham, Midlands. You will manage the entire construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met and standards are upheld according to Company and NHBC guidelines.
Based on site and reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will oversee health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control. The role involves occasional call-outs and requires working hours from 7.30 am to 5.00 pm, with potential for additional hours and occasional weekends.
About you
Applicants should hold a CSCS card (black or white) and ideally be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably through the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme. Previous experience in managing residential developments such as apartments, retirement living, or care homes is essential. Knowledge of health and safety legislation and First Aid certification are required.
You should be assertive, calm under pressure, and capable of supervising onsite staff, liaising effectively with external suppliers and internal teams, and influencing stakeholders positively. Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
