Responsibilities
* Ensure all customer queries are dealt with in an efficient manner
* Provide administration support and complete monthly reports for the Meeting and Events Manager
* Maintain the market segment database
* Conduct market research/telesales campaigns
* Meet KPIs and targets
* Ensure adequate supply of stationery and brochures are in stock
