Human Resources Administrator (Workforce)
The role is part of the Workforce Team providing HR support across the hospice. It involves managing sensitive information, maintaining records and systems, and assisting with recruitment and selection processes.
Responsibilities
The postholder will support the day‑to‑day activities of the team, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing HR services across the organisation.
* Working with Line Managers to support timely recruitment and selection processes.
* Maintaining and updating a range of records and systems, ensuring accuracy at all times.
* Managing sensitive information with care and confidentiality.
* Supporting staff in the use of the HR system.
You should enjoy working as part of a team and have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Key personal qualities include attention to detail, a proactive approach, proven numeracy and accuracy skills, strong organisational and time‑management skills, flexibility, responsibility and professionalism.
Qualifications & Requirements
Desirable to have experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
Must hold an appropriate level of Disclosure & Barring Service Certificate.
Desire to learn and a proactive attitude towards supporting the hospice’s objectives and its CARES values: Compassionate, Accountable, Respectful, Equitable, Sustainable.
